Frequently asked questions
Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our dog walking service, trial walks, appointments and payments.
On what days do you walk the dogs?
We walk twice a day from Monday to Friday, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Each walk lasts about 1.5 hours, and your dog will be away from home for about 3 hours in total.
Do you collect and return the dogs?
Yes, we pick up all dogs and bring them back home after the walk with our air-conditioned electric bus (also in the back of the bus).
What information do you need about my dog?
For safety and group management purposes, we need the following information about your dog:
- Race and gender
- Castrated/sterilised status
- Data on deworming and vaccination
This information helps us group dogs in a way that ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Where do you walk in Amsterdam?
We are based in Amsterdam Nieuw-West and therefore mainly focus on Amsterdam West, but we can also pick up and drop off dogs in (Nieuw) Sloten, Osdorp, Geuzeveld and Badhoevedorp.
In what kind of buses are the dogs transported?
We pick up the dogs one by one with our electric bus.
- We drive electric because it is better for the environment and quieter for the dogs!
- For hot summer days, we have air conditioning (also at the back of the bus), a roof ventilation system and cooling mats.
- The benches are fitted and the bus meets all the standards that apply to dog transport from 1 January 2026.
- On board, we have water, food, a first-aid kit for dogs and a fire extinguisher.
